Parish Grand Annual Collection continues… Our Parish Grand Annual Collection continues. You should have received a letter in the mail relative to the collection. This letter will update you on the parish’s past finances along with the budget for this fiscal year (2022). If you did not receive a letter or you are not registered in the parish, you may take one of the letters located in the racks at the entrance of the church. The Grand Annual Collection is the largest single source of funds for the parish each year. Your generosity and commitment is appreciated and needed.
Parish heating and air conditioning system update… All religious services have been moved to the lower church since the plastering and duct work in the lower church side altar areas has been installed and fitted through the windows. Staging has been erected in the side altar areas of the upper church so that installation of duct work and plastering can begin. It is anticipated that all the work on the interior part of system will be completed no later than April 1. As previously noted, the total cost of the project will approach $425,000.00. We will be addressing a special capital campaign to raise those funds beginning after Easter. In the meantime, say a prayer that the present heating system can hold up for a couple more months.
