Seminarian Field Education assignment.

This summer, for eight weeks beginning May 24, Liam Warner, a seminarian at St. John Seminary who is studying to be a priest for the Archdiocese of Boston will be at our parish for his summer field education assignment.

Liam is from the Chicago area and graduated from Harvard University a few years ago before entering the seminary. He has been in the formation program at the seminary for two years and looks forward to more specific theological studies over the next four years. Liam has roots in Brighton since his great-grandmother, Catherine Driscoll, was born in Brighton in 1913 and is believed to have been baptized at St. Col’s. Later she settled in Chicago where she married and raised a family.
